JONATHAN WHITE

Jonathan White has been MD of the hotel management consultancy Workham for over 10 years. He comes from a background in luxury hotel sales and marketing, having spent over 25 years in various hotels sales and marketing roles.
During his career he has worked for the likes of Stein / Franklyn Hotels, GHM Hotels, the Ritz London, Forte and Le Meridien Hotels to name a few.
More recently, together with Andrew Moore, he started a YouTube channel called Jonathan’s Journal which recreates the agent fam trip concept in a short destination hotel video. This concept has been extremely well received by the travel trade as an important tool in allowing them to better sell unique hotels and resorts.
EMMA MACFARLANE

Emma has worked with small travel companies for the past 25 years, developing a focus on niche marketing of luxury destinations and resorts around the world. Starting her career at The Stafford Hotel in London, Emma moved to the Virgin Group, specifically Necker Island and Limited Edition by Virgin.
Graduating into sales and marketing consultancy for several top end hotels, tour operators and travel agents, Emma has now worked with Jonathan over the past 7 years to develop the profile of Workham Hotels and Jonathan’s Journal.
With an increased focus on digital marketing, Emma believes that a SMART approach and the voice of the brand online are vital to audience engagement. With this in mind, strategising video content in line with the general marketing approach is invaluable.
ANDREW MOORE
Director / Cinematographer
With a background as an art director in the design industry, Andrew understands how to tell stories for establishments and brands. He has worked on rebrands for both small business's to global companies such as Ikea. Andrew produces advertising campaigns for the likes of market leaders Waitrose and John Lewis, point of sale and packaging and online content for Marks and Spencer and Itsu and films for the luxury travel sector. With a passion for image making and film he has made the natural progression in to cinematography and photography. With a trained creative visual approach and a technical ability he creates highly polished work with attention to detail as is the ethos of his clients.
GARETH SAMBIDGE
Director / Cinematographer
Food, glorious food. At least that’s the case when Gareth happens to be behind the camera. A renowned food photographer and cinematographer with a quirky, graphic edge, his sharp skills have been called into action to create images good enough to eat. His work has adorned packaging design, advertising, editorials and even Sunday Times Food Supplements. Making food look desirable is what it’s all about for Gareth, and clients such as Wagamama and Waitrose have relied on him to deliver just that.
